Bluetooth Pairing & Connection

Open the JYouPro app to set up personal information.

Switch to the device page and click on the mobile device name. Select “NeoFlex” in the list of scanned devices to connect.

Going to the settings and choosing the info icon on the NeoFlex will display its MAC address. You can determine your device through the MAC address in the device list. After the watch is connected successfully, each time the JYouPro app is opened, the watch will automatically connect with the device, and the data can be synchronized in the JYouPro app data page.

This is compatible with Android 5.0+, iOS 10+, and Bluetooth 5.0.

Long press on the Koala NeoFlex Smartwatch’s side button to  turn it on. For 1st time users, please ensure that there is enough battery. Charge the Koala NeoFlex Smartwatch if it’s unable to power on.

 

For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the NeoFlex Smartwatch prior to first use. Use the equipped charger to attract the metal contacts on the back of the watch, and the other end of the charger can be connected to the USB charging head or the computer USB interface.

 

Main Interface

Once the NeoFlex and the JYouPro app is connected, the time, date, and other information from your smartwatch will be synchronized.

Main Menu Layout

Switch and customize the main menu interface however you like. You can view 
it in three (3) different ways - List style, Smart style, or Honeycomb menu.

 

Enabling Music and Call Features

Activate call connectivity and connect the NeoFlex Smartwatch on your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings to enable mic and speaker, call features and the music control feature.

 

Shortcut Interface

Slide down on your NeoFlex Smartwatch to see your shortcuts. You can turn on
the flashlight, adjust the brightness, switch to do not disturb mode, and turn on or off the Bluetooth and message notifications.

 

Pedometer

Count your steps and calories burned in a day. You may view this on the app once you have connected your NeoFlex to your phone.

 

Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, and Blood Oxygen Monitoring

Check your heart status, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels anytime, anywhere. When measuring, the value will jump and change in real time. The NeoFlex Smartwatch will automatically stop measuring after 60 seconds.

 

Bluetooth Calling

Answer calls and quickly search for contacts on your address book and recent calls, or dial manually.

Sleep Tracking

Wear your smartwatch to bed and track your sleep. No settings needed. If sleep is detected by 8 in the evening, it will automatically enter sleep mode.

SMS and App Notifications

Get notifications from texts and messages from third-party applications.

Music Control

After connecting the phone, NeoFlex can control the phone’s music player. When the phone is playing music, you can use the Neoflex to play/pause, select previous and next operations.

Multisport Mode

Track your exercises and sports activities by using the multisport mode. There are 11 sport modes

to choose from (walk, run, cycle, basketball, football, badminton, rope skipping, pingpong, tennis, baseball and yoga). Select the sports mode you want and the page will display duration, heart rate, calories burned, step counter, and mileage (information displayed depends on the selected sport mode).

 

Weather Information

The weather page shows the current weather and tomorrow's status. Weather information needs to be connected to the Smartphone before data can be obtained. If the connection is disconnected for a long time, the weather information will not be updated.

 

Shut Down

After clicking 'Confirm', the Smartwatch will start to shut down and will enter sleep mode.

 

Reset

After clicking 'Confirm', all the information on the NeoFlex

Smartwatch will be erased and the default factory settings will be restored.

Can I wear the NeoFlex Smartwatch underwater and during a hot bath?

Since the NeoFlex Smartwatch is IP67 Waterproof, this may only be submerged up to 1 meter underwater for up to 30 minutes. Moreover, if the water temperature is relatively high, it will produce a lot of water vapor, which can possibly cause short circuit inside the watch and cause damage.

Why can't I receive push notifications? Android phone settings

1. Confirm that the push message switch is enabled on the JYouPro
2. The confirmation message can be displayed normally in the mobile phone notification bar. The watch push message works by reading the mobile phone notification bar message; if there is no message in the mobile phone notification bar, the watch will not be able to receive the push (need to find the notification setting in the phone settings, open WeChat, QQ phone, SMS, notification button of the JYouPro app)

Why do the blood pressure values of the NeoFlex and sphygmomanometer not match?

The deviation between the measurement value of the NeoFlex and the sphygmomanometer is determined by a variety of factors. The measurement site of the sphygmomanometer is in the radial artery, while the measurement site of the watch is the two main branches of the arteriole. Blood pressure measurements will vary by three to forty units if you use a watch and a sphygmomanometer to measure at the same time, because the blood flows in the artery in the direction of the centrifuge. The sphygmomanometer measures the straps so that the lower part of your elbow is under pressure. Temporary blood cannot flow smoothly to the branch of the artery below, and the vascular tension is increased, which will make the upper and lower blood pressure measurement values more biased.

 

Is the sleep tracker of the NeoFlex Smartwatch 100% accurate?

Sleep tracking technology in the NeoFlex Smartwatch primarily look at movement and heart rate to determine if you are awake or asleep, which are generally not accurate enough to measure various sleep stages. If you are not moving and your heart rate is low, the NeoFlex, which typically uses a light-based sensor to detect heart rate, has a harder time determining whether you’re actually awake or asleep. However, the sleep tracker can be helpful in paying attention to overall trends and patterns.
